Fragrance Sprays: Typically one 50ml bottle will last around 1 month

Fragrance Cards: Last around 2-3 weeks once opened depending on air flow

Fragrance Candles: Last 40-50 hours of burn time

Pre-orders enable our customers to purchase products at a discount before their official release. Please note that quantities are limited, so placing a pre-order will secure your item.

Depending on the shipping chosen there may or may not be tracking. We generally see items arrive between 3-10 business days depending on where you live. Should you have any issues please dont hesitate to reach out to support@halcyoncoast.co

We will accept refunds within (15) days after the date of the original shipment.

If the item arrives defective in any way, Halcyon Coast will refund or replace the item at no cost.

Item must be unopened and in the original packaging. We will NOT accept a return if the product was opened, damaged or already used.

Please contact us at support@halcyoncoast.co within 48 hours if your product arrives damaged. While leaky bottles can occasionally occur during transit, you can help prevent temperature-related damage by avoiding exposure to extreme heat or cold
